It looks like you have a solution, but I'll throw in my two cents anyways You could have told him that you would accept it, but that he should know that if two people get it right, he would automatically log the slowest time, thus losing the tiebreaker.

Yea, I thought about that but I honestly think it would suck for him. I already told him I'm not accepting it, BUT, I don't think he had read it yet. Oh well. I guess I won't change my decision.
Why haven't I thought of all this before. LOL

I don't remember if you addressed this, but since Terry had Wrath of Ra, but is out now, what is going to be done with it? Nothing?

Nothing. He can give someone Immunity for the next TC (part of the Ra reward), but do you think I still accept it after he's out of the game for so long?

I don't think so. I heard his modem was friend, and I believe he is probably at wrestling camp, so won't be back soon, anyways.
