Don't tell the other Survivors, but Terry has been caught talking to people outside of his tribe about the game, specifically, he was trying to get people to divulge their identity in exchange for his. And this was after I posted a reminder of the rule of "no talking to people outside your tribe about the game". I posted a final warning in his confessional. I want a punishment if I caught anyone talking to people outside of their tribe. I'm thinking of booting them out of the game, especially if they repeatedly disobeyed my rules. But it may seem too harsh.

I read your warning post - didn't you say you would vote the person out if they were caught? You posted the rule at the beginning and reminded them - good idea to post the warning in his confessional.
less harsh punishment..hmmm..ideas:
not be allowed to compete in challenge next time
not be allowed to vote in next TC
take away one of his rewards?
can't be in tribe/camp/board for a period of time?
publicly post teh name of anyone who is caught talking?
idk - maybe these ideas will spark something for you

oh! since he was specifically caught trying to get names - not eligible at all to get the Wrath of Ka reward for sure.

always a good idea to try to make the consequence fit the rule that is broken, I think

Another idea could be an automatic vote at the next TC along with an announcement that that person will be getting that vote and why. It could screw him by putting a target on him and people knowing that there'll be at least one other vote there.
I like the Wrath of Ra idea, though.

I *think* I'm going to give a reward where a tribe can talk to the 2 other tribes (but the 2 other tribes can't talk to each other). OR, merge them in one camp, but they are still three tribes....
